How to remove your Next Hand account and associated data
You can delete your Next Hand account at any time. There are two ways to do this.
1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Next Hand app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Edit profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and personal data will be removed from our systems shortly after confirmation.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@nexthand.online from the address associated with your account and include the words “Delete my account” in the subject line.
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before processing the request. Deletion is typically completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your display name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Your friends list, in-app preferences, and profile data.
- Your virtual coin balance.
- Personal identifiers in your match history.
What we may retain
For legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and platform-integrity reasons, we may retain a limited set of records after deletion:
- Anonymised game records, so other players’ match histories and ratings remain consistent.
- Purchase and tax records required by applicable law.
- Records related to abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Retained data is not linked to your identity and is held only as long as necessary.
In-app purchases
Deleting your Next Hand account does not automatically cancel subscriptions or refund past purchases. To manage purchases, use the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) on your device. Purchased virtual coins have no real-world value and are not refundable upon account deletion.
